For some of my clients, there doesn’t have to be existing pain or struggle, but simply a desire to learn how to improve, how to be better at sex, better at life.
My practice addresses a diversity of needs and situations. The common thread, helping my clients develop strategies to better themselves.
Sessions are grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore intimate topics. My client’s include people who are struggling with intimacy issues, sexual dysfunction or pain, discrepant desire, “out of control” sexual behavior, concerns about dating, or navigating non-traditional relationships. Many of my clients are in therapy to help them recover from infidelity.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist with degrees and certification from the University of Michigan and The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), I have extensively trained with some of the foremost experts in the field.
My approach is collaborative and sex-positive, amplifying eroticism to enhance sexual experiences. My sessions offer unconditional support. When possible, the work we do is imbued with playfulness and joy. I am certified as an LGBTQ- and kink-affirmative therapist.
As an experienced clinician, I also treat clients with issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma.
All training is done in the privacy of my NYC office or can be done in the comfort of your home using zoom.
