Stress, depression, anxiety –unrelenting negative emotions that have reached out of control proportions during Covid– are debilitating challenges. They immobilize us and keep us from dealing with life’s countless issues in effective and optimal ways.
As a therapist, I help my patients identify underlying causes for these emotions. We then work to develop coping mechanisms to facilitate change and alleviate suffering.
My training in a wide variety of therapies allows me to choose from a diverse toolbox for each patient. There is no one size fits all. My therapeutic treatment plans are as individual as my clients.
No one should have to go this alone. I am here to guide my patients as they rise to the challenges of making a better life for themselves and those around them.
